Established on January 18, 2020, this cafe was founded by two brothers with a passion for creating a warm, inviting space for the Surkhet community. Since its opening, it has become one of Surkhet's beloved gathering spots, known not only for its flavorful offerings but also for its unique name. '4 to 9' signifies the cafe's early morning to evening hours, open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m., welcoming visitors to start their day with a warm cup or wind down as the evening sets in.
